Strategy Planner
…..I’m partway through a huge project involving over 60 councils and research with 100s of people and just as we’re ready to move into agreeing the communications strategy a client contact change has bought us to a screaming halt as we brief them on the research findings, outcomes and recommendations.
I had a telephone conference call earlier with our Creative Director, my boss and the Adelaide pitch team to go through some concepts. We agreed I’ll test them with attendees at a job fair early next week and get the findings fed back for any changes we need to make prior to the pitch at the end of next week.
There’s requests coming in for me to attend some client meetings – I’ll work out with the rest of the EB team who’s best placed to attend what and when.
A new project just signed off means I’m liaising with a client in WA to agree workshop dates and then I’ll sort out flights and accommodation details.
And I’ve just finished an internal project with a colleague – we’ve written a manual for Account Directors/Managers to enable them to become proficient at developing and running small Employer Branding projects.
