We will work to enhance your existing capabilities on candidate source data, regarding ‘where’ candidates learned of a specific vacancy and when the candidate took resulting action, for example by accessing your careers site and/or submitting a job application.

Our media specialists will also take into account previous advertising and media channels that you’ve employed; the level at which these resonated with candidates; specific creative messages that were used; and how many people saw an advertisement or campaign, visited your careers site, and whether they made an application.

We will deliver metrics for all your campaign and tactical advertising activity, taking these factors into account. By placing media ‘tags’ on each online and offline advertisement, and on specific pages of your careers site and e-recruitment system, we will generate accurate and meaningful data around:

  • media effectiveness/creative effectiveness (current and post click per view)
  • career site visitor activity
  • campaign/branding based media effectiveness.

This information can be used to improve historical media advertising strategies, and to plan future campaigns and advertising placement more effectively.
