The oldest & youngest recruitment advertising agency in Australia and New Zealand

Our journey started with Neville Jeffress who pioneered the recruitment advertising industry in Australia some 60 years ago from the back office of his newsagency in Fairlight, on Sydney’s northern beaches.

Today TMP has 200 staff working in nine offices in Australia and New Zealand and we are part of the massive TMP Global network in 20 other counties. Alex Walker, who was TMP’s Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 1998 and helped create TMP in Australia and New Zealand, acquired TMP Worldwide from Monster Worldwide Inc. and has been CEO and owner since 1 March 2006.
