Creative Director

…One of our major consultancy clients is opening an office in Singapore so I’ve been on a conference call with TMP Singapore to brief them on the right tone and approach – providing a sort of creative guiding hand and eye if you like - to make sure the work they’ll be doing for press, collateral and outdoor over there aligns to the client’s brand we’ve established.

We’re also in the middle of producing a TVC out of TMP Sydney. It’s for a new university client who needs to attract potential students to an open day and the shoot on campus last week was a great step forward in the relationship we’re building. Like any shoot it attracted a lot of attention and when the Head of the Drama Department asked if some of their students could watch we had them doing the make-up, helping with the lighting and acting as extras! The TMP Interactive team are developing a website to provide more information on the uni and it’ll also capture how effective the TVCs are.

I’m liaising with colleagues at TMP London to help a global engineering client who are looking to recruit engineers from the UK to Australia. As well as considering the creative approach, I’m also working with Candidate Management to make sure the client fully thinks through the information and processes needed to help people make the decision to move 12,000 miles.
Last but by no means least, we’ve done a photo shoot for a major retail client and now we’re designing brochures to recruit Managers and return to workers. I’ll be working closely with Interactive on how the brand flows through to all their online work which will include streaming video which we’ll be shooting next.
